Riviera Pools Project 4

This 15m x 8m pool is perfect for family fun and entertaining. Designed and built by Riviera Pools, the team delivered
the clients brief for a family leisure and entertainment space. The L-shaped pool design curves around the home’s
exterior, not only providing panoramic views of the pool from the interior, but ensuring the ability to keep a watchful
eye on young ones from the poolside alfresco.

The close proximity of the pool and alfresco creates an enviable outdoor entertaining area. The well-shaded alfresco
creates a refuge from the sun, while the pool’s position means sun and shade are equally available throughout the
day, allowing the homeowners to enjoy both shade and sun whilst taking a dip. Sleek Aquastone pavers were used
throughout the outdoor area and border the entire home, creating a sense of unity throughout the space.

The electric heat pump that runs from the home’s solar system means the family can enjoy a swim at any time of
year. Inbuilt AquaQuip underwater lights allow the homeowners to indulge in a night-time dip, and the pool becomes
an intriguing water feature in the evenings.

Utilising an Ozone Swim System, Riviera Pools installed the mineral salt system to give the pool water a soft and silky
feel on skin. The Ozone System also avoids harsh pool chemicals such as chlorine, ensuring longevity for the pool
concrete and tiling.
