Set gently into the landscape, this pool feels less built and more revealed – as if it has always belonged here.

This is in no small part due to the artful planning and sculpting of this unique pool project. From the locally sourced sandstone to the lush landscaping, this pool is in one word: tranquillity. Rather than invisibly blending into the background, this pool is an artistic focal point matching and adding to the stunning landscape, framed by greenery, with both mature trees and sculptural potted plants dotted around.

Raised slightly above the surrounding terrace, the pool is wrapped in softly textured natural stone that grounds the design in its bushland setting. The stonework’s pale, irregular finish catches the light throughout the day, lending warmth and a quiet sense of craftsmanship, while the clean rectangular form keeps the overall pool modern and intentional.

The pool prioritises restraint and balance. It is timelessly contemporary and grounded in the local landscape.

A frameless glass balustrade traces the pool’s perimeter, creating an uninterrupted visual connection to the surrounding trees. The effect is striking, as water appears to float within landscape, blurring the boundary between architecture and nature. From every angle, the pool offers long, calm sightlines into greenery, reinforcing a feeling of retreat and privacy.

Underfoot, generous stone steps and paved terraces introduce subtle level changes that guide movement through the space. These transitions soften the pools elevation while cresting informal seating edges – perfect for lingering conversations or a sunlit pause between swims.
