MOSAIC DREAMS

When the warm daylight hits the pool just right, hues of pink, orange, green and blue are beautifully displayed to those on the elevated alfresco.

Sitting above ground, the pool features radius curved edges, sitting ledges and flawless mosaic tiling, which making the pool feel endless. The homeowners wanted the new pool to be a focal point of the backyard, promoting open flow, and space throughout the outdoor area.

The existing pool had done the opposite, cutting off the flow and functionality of the backyard. Not only was the tiling of this pool a technical and challenging endeavour, but the team also only had 80 centimetres of space to get materials, machines and spoil in and out of the jobsite. The use of existing materials was a must, with recycled railway sleepers, glass fencing and solar pool heating reused.

This not only reduced environmental waste but also reduced additional expenses for the clients of this beautiful project, while maintaining industry safety standards and the aesthetics of the project.
